Counter जाने से पहले 10-point checklist
- वस्तु चुनी गई postal service में स्वीकार्य है या नहीं, पहले जाँचें।
- Parcel को मजबूत और उपयुक्त packaging में तैयार करें।
- Final packing के बाद वजन और बाहरी dimensions नोट करें।
- Recipient का नाम और पूरा पता साफ लिखें।
- सही 6-digit PIN Code verify करें।
- Sender का return address और जरूरी contact details तैयार रखें।
- जहाँ लागू हो, contents declaration और invoice/supporting document साथ रखें।
- Counter पर Parcel Retail, Speed Post या अन्य उपयुक्त product की तुलना पूछें।
- Postage, tax और optional service charges का breakup पूछें।
- Payment के बाद receipt, consignment number और booking details जाँचकर सुरक्षित रखें.
Counter पर ये सवाल पूछें
- क्या यह service मेरे destination PIN Code तक उपलब्ध है?
- अनुमानित delivery standard क्या है और क्या वह guarantee है?
- COD, insurance या POD उपलब्ध हैं या नहीं?
- कुल payable amount और अतिरिक्त शुल्क क्या हैं?
- Complaint के लिए कौन-सी receipt/details रखनी होंगी?
रसीद मिलते ही जाँचें
Receipt पर sender/recipient details, article type, booking date, amount और consignment number को counter छोड़ने से पहले देख लें। गलती दिखे तो तुरंत staff को बताएं।
