Booking के समय service name, destination, weight, amount और उपलब्ध tracking/reference details रसीद पर जाँचें। M Bag की tracking/scan visibility सामान्य parcel service से अलग हो सकती है; booking counter से पूछें कि कौन-सा tracking facility लागू है।
यदि shipment में देरी या customs query हो तो receipt और reference number संभालकर रखें।
