Check the tracking record
- Confirm the consignment number and latest event date
- Read the full status description
- Verify the recipient address and contact details
- Ask the recipient whether any delivery communication was received
If delivery is still pending
Contact the relevant post office or use India Post’s official help channel with the tracking number. Ask whether another attempt or collection process applies.
Keep proof
Save the booking receipt and tracking history. Do not assume a specific redelivery schedule unless India Post confirms it.
