Sports certificates, medals और trophies अक्सर एक ही parcel में भेजे जाते हैं, लेकिन इनकी packing जरूरतें अलग होती हैं। कागज को मोड़ने से बचाना और hard awards को movement से protect करना जरूरी है।
1. Certificates और result sheets
- Certificates को साफ rigid folder या document sleeve में रखें।
- Moisture से बचाने के लिए protective cover इस्तेमाल करें।
- कागज को box के अंदर loose न छोड़ें; movement रोकें।
2. Medals और trophies
हर medal या trophy को अलग cushioning दें। छोटे parts को pouch में रखें ताकि वे package के अंदर टकराएँ नहीं। भारी trophy के लिए मजबूत carton और पर्याप्त cushioning रखें। Box के भीतर खाली जगह भरें ताकि handling के दौरान वस्तु हिले नहीं।
3. Address और contents
Sports association, school, academy या recipient का पूरा नाम, department/team, address और PIN code verify करें। Sender का return address भी लिखें। Contents का सही description दें और किसी restricted component या electronic accessory की acceptance पहले confirm करें।
4. Booking record
Package का final weight और dimensions मापें। Counter पर available service, charges और tracking/acknowledgement options पूछें। Receipt और consignment number संभालें।
