Incomplete address remark पर
Tracking में insufficient/incomplete address remark आने पर delivery office को recipient की सही location पहचानने में कठिनाई हो सकती है। Correction की अनुमति और process article की transit stage तथा service conditions पर निर्भर करती है।
- Tracking remark और current delivery office verify करें।
- Sender/receiver से full address, PIN code और landmark confirm करें।
- Delivery Post Office से पूछें कि address clarification स्वीकार की जा सकती है या नहीं।
- Correction request के लिए sender authorization या proof की जरूरत पूछें।
- Official acknowledgement और updated status सुरक्षित रखें।
Parcel पर स्वयं नया address label न चिपकाएँ। केवल postal staff के बताए official process का पालन करें।
