- International mail भेजने से पहले destination country के लिए service availability जाँचें।
- Customs declaration, restricted goods और address format की current requirements पढ़ें।
- Savings account में deposit, withdrawal और interest entries passbook/statement से मिलाएँ।
- किसी भी missing entry के लिए receipt और date के साथ branch से पूछें।
अपना record व्यवस्थित रखें
Booking receipt, consignment number, passbook/statement और branch acknowledgement को सुरक्षित रखें। Online या counter पर मिली जानकारी में अंतर हो तो official office से written clarification लें।
