India Post international dispatch guide: international items के लिए सही declaration, address और booking record जरूरी हैं। Destination के अनुसार नियम अलग हो सकते हैं।
Customs और address checklist
- Contents का स्पष्ट और सटीक description दें।
- Item की quantity और value सही दर्ज करें, जहाँ form में मांगी जाए।
- Recipient का पूरा address, country और reachable contact details लिखें।
- Prohibited/restricted goods और destination-specific conditions जाँचें।
- Declaration तथा booking receipt की copy रखें।
Tracking में समस्या हो तो
Consignment number से official tracking देखें। यदि scan अस्पष्ट या inconsistent हो तो booking receipt, event date और screenshot के साथ India Post से enquiry करें। किसी status को final delivery proof न मानें जब तक official record इसकी पुष्टि न करे।
