Packing और address checklist
- Item को मजबूत, उचित आकार के carton या document envelope में रखें।
- नाजुक हिस्सों को cushioning से सुरक्षित करें और खाली जगह भरें।
- Sender तथा recipient का पूरा नाम, पता और PIN code लिखें।
- Contents का सही विवरण दें; prohibited/restricted item rules जाँचें।
Booking के बाद
Counter पर service availability, weight/dimension conditions, postage और tracking/proof options confirm करें। Receipt और consignment number सुरक्षित रखें तथा official tracking पर updates देखें।
