Deposit credit pending हो तो
Post Office savings account में deposit के बाद credit entry न दिखे तो payment proof और passbook के आधार पर branch से status verify कराएँ। Cash deposit और cheque deposit की posting/clearing प्रक्रिया अलग हो सकती है।
- Deposit slip/receipt और account number सुरक्षित रखें।
- Deposit date, amount और payment mode नोट करें।
- Cheque deposit हो तो clearing status पूछें।
- Account-maintaining Post Office से ledger verification माँगें।
- Written enquiry acknowledgement लें और credit entry update verify करें।
Receipt के बिना किसी अनजान व्यक्ति को दोबारा cash न दें। Discrepancy को केवल official branch process से resolve कराएँ।
