Apartment address पर parcel भेजना
Apartment complex या gated society में parcel भेजते समय सही flat number और complete address लिखना जरूरी है। Society की security और mailroom policy अलग हो सकती है, इसलिए recipient से delivery instructions पहले confirm करें।
- Flat/house number, tower या block का नाम स्पष्ट लिखें।
- Society name, street, locality और PIN code verify करें।
- Recipient का active contact number सही दें।
- Security desk parcel स्वीकार करता है या नहीं, recipient से पूछें।
- Booking receipt और consignment number सुरक्षित रखें।
Delivery staff को restricted premises में प्रवेश मिलना guaranteed नहीं है। Recipient को expected delivery के बारे में सूचित रखें और official tracking से status देखें।
