PIN code की सही जाँच
India Post parcel की routing में सही PIN code महत्वपूर्ण है। एक ही शहर में अलग-अलग localities के PIN codes अलग हो सकते हैं और कुछ PIN codes के अंतर्गत multiple Post Offices आते हैं।
- Recipient से पूरा address और six-digit PIN code लें।
- Official India Post directory या local Post Office से locality-PIN match verify करें।
- Booking receipt पर destination PIN को parcel label से compare करें।
- यदि locality और PIN में mismatch हो तो booking से पहले correct details लें।
- Receipt और consignment number सुरक्षित रखें।
केवल city name देखकर PIN code अनुमान से न भरें। गलत PIN code दिखे तो parcel dispatch होने से पहले booking staff से correction पूछें।
