- Sample का clear description, quantity और declared value तैयार रखें।
- Printed catalogue और merchandise को अलग-अलग category के रूप में confirm करें।
- Fragile/loose parts को protective packing दें।
- Destination PIN code और recipient business address verify करें।
- Postage, tracking और insurance/compensation options पूछें।
International samples के लिए customs declaration और destination import rules भी लागू हो सकते हैं। Booking receipt और consignment number सुरक्षित रखें।
