Customs declaration का record रखें
International parcel भेजते समय customs declaration में contents और declared value सही देना महत्वपूर्ण है। Booking के बाद declaration/invoice की copy अपने records में सुरक्षित रखें ताकि enquiry या customs request पर वही details उपलब्ध हों।
- Contents description और quantity की copy रखें।
- Declared value और invoice details का record सुरक्षित करें।
- Booking receipt और consignment number को declaration copy से जोड़कर रखें।
- Destination customs request आए तो original record से details match करें।
- गलत declaration का पता चले तो official postal/customs channel से correction procedure पूछें।
Customs declaration में अनुमानित या भ्रामक जानकारी न दें। Import duty, restrictions और clearance destination-country rules से तय होते हैं।
