Post Box renewal से पहले
Post Box सुविधा कुछ selected Post Offices में उपलब्ध हो सकती है। Allotment, renewal period, rental fee और collection conditions संबंधित office तथा current postal instructions पर निर्भर करती हैं।
- जिस Post Office में box चाहिए, वहाँ availability पूछें।
- Existing allotment number और renewal due date तैयार रखें।
- Current rental/renewal fee और payment method confirm करें।
- Authorized collection person और identity requirements पूछें।
- Renewal receipt और updated allotment record सुरक्षित रखें।
Post Box हर branch में उपलब्ध नहीं होता। Renewal से पहले local office से current terms और uncollected mail rules लिखित रूप में लें।
