Registered Post या Speed Post भेजते समय address साफ, पूरा और पढ़ने योग्य होना चाहिए। Envelope पर recipient और sender details अलग-अलग स्पष्ट जगह लिखें ताकि sorting और return process में मदद मिले।
- Recipient का पूरा नाम सबसे ऊपर लिखें।
- House/flat number, street, locality और landmark जोड़ें।
- City, district, state और सही PIN code लिखें।
- Sender का पूरा return address अलग से दें।
- Mobile number केवल जहाँ उपयुक्त हो और postal instructions अनुमति दें, जोड़ें।
