PPF deposit entry में गलती हो तो
PPF account में deposit amount, date या transaction reference गलत दिखे तो receipt और account statement के आधार पर account-maintaining Post Office से record verification माँगें। बिना record check किए स्वयं balance calculation बदलकर न मानें।
- Original PPF passbook और account number तैयार रखें।
- Deposit receipt, transaction reference और payment proof साथ रखें।
- गलत entry और expected entry को लिखित रूप में स्पष्ट करें।
- Branch से ledger verification और correction request process पूछें।
- Request acknowledgement और corrected passbook/statement verify करें।
Correction का निर्णय official account records और applicable procedure के अनुसार होगा। Original receipts सुरक्षित रखें और कोई document alter न करें।
