Glassware, ceramic decor और टूटने योग्य सामान भेजने में damage का जोखिम अधिक होता है। Parcel booking से पहले Post Office को contents बताकर यह confirm करें कि item selected service में स्वीकार होगा या नहीं और fragile handling की कोई सुविधा उपलब्ध है या नहीं।
- हर item को अलग cushioning material से सुरक्षित करें।
- Items के बीच खाली जगह भरें ताकि वे आपस में न टकराएँ।
- मजबूत, सही आकार का outer carton उपयोग करें।
- Contents और declared value सही बताएं।
- Insurance/compensation options, exclusions और claim documents booking से पहले पूछें।
“Fragile” लिखना अपने-आप special handling या compensation की guarantee नहीं है। Packing standard और acceptance counter से confirm करें।
