Delivered status लेकिन parcel नहीं मिला?
India Post tracking में Delivered दिखने पर भी recipient को item न मिले, तो delivery details की शीघ्र जाँच कराएँ। गलत address, household receipt या delivery scan mismatch जैसे अलग कारण हो सकते हैं; अनुमान लगाने के बजाय official enquiry करें।
- Consignment number और booking receipt सुरक्षित रखें।
- Tracking में delivery date, office और available remarks नोट करें।
- घर/office के authorized recipient से पूछें कि item किसी ने receive तो नहीं किया।
- Delivery Post Office से delivery record/available proof की enquiry करें।
- Official complaint दर्ज कर reference number लें और follow-up रखें।
किसी delivery employee पर बिना तथ्य आरोप न लगाएँ। Complaint में केवल verified details दें और documents की copies संलग्न करें।
