PLI policy bond नहीं मिल रहा?
Postal Life Insurance (PLI) policy bond खो जाए या खराब हो जाए तो policyholder को servicing PLI office से duplicate policy document जारी करने की current procedure पूछनी चाहिए। Policy number और portal record उपलब्ध हों तो request process में मदद मिल सकती है।
- Policy number, policyholder details और premium receipts तैयार रखें।
- Loss/damage की स्थिति के अनुसार prescribed declaration या indemnity requirement पूछें।
- Identity proof और current application form की list लें।
- Request acknowledgement और duplicate issue होने पर updated record सुरक्षित रखें।
