ATM cash नहीं मिला, debit दिख रहा है?
Post Office ATM से cash dispense न हो लेकिन account में debit entry दिखे, तो transaction details सुरक्षित करें और duplicate withdrawal करने से पहले status verify करें। Resolution timeline transaction network और applicable banking rules पर निर्भर करती है।
- ATM location, date/time और amount नोट करें।
- ATM slip या error message उपलब्ध हो तो सुरक्षित रखें।
- Passbook/statement में debit entry और reference number जाँचें।
- Account-maintaining Post Office/issuer bank के official complaint channel में complaint दर्ज करें।
- Complaint acknowledgement और reference number संभालकर रखें।
PIN, OTP या card details किसी अनजान व्यक्ति को न दें। Reversal की निश्चित समय-सीमा बिना transaction-specific confirmation के न मानें।
