Joint account operation mode समझें
Post Office joint savings account में operation mode account opening के समय चुने गए mandate और लागू scheme rules के अनुसार होता है। सभी joint accounts में एक ही signature arrangement लागू नहीं होता।
- Passbook में दर्ज account holders और operation mode जाँचें।
- Withdrawal/closure के लिए required signatures branch से confirm करें।
- किसी holder का address, KYC या signature बदलना हो तो accepted documents पूछें।
- Holder की मृत्यु या incapacity की स्थिति में सामान्य joint-operation rules लागू मानने से पहले branch से case-specific process लें।
