PLI assignment का अर्थ
Policy assignment में policy से जुड़े कुछ अधिकार निर्धारित नियमों और वैध दस्तावेजों के आधार पर किसी अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्था को सौंपे जा सकते हैं। PLI policy पर assignment की अनुमति और प्रभाव policy terms तथा लागू कानून के अनुसार जाँचना आवश्यक है।
- Policy bond और policyholder details तैयार रखें।
- PLI office से पूछें कि proposed assignment policy पर permitted है या नहीं।
- Prescribed form, signatures, witnesses और supporting documents की सूची लें।
- Assignment record update होने पर acknowledgement और updated policy record verify करें।
Assignment से policy benefits, loan rights या claim settlement प्रभावित हो सकते हैं। Request जमा करने से पहले PLI office से written explanation लें और जरूरत हो तो qualified legal advice लें।
