Step 1: India Post पर consignment number जाँचें

Booking receipt पर दिया पूरा tracking number ज्यों का त्यों दर्ज करें। Booking, dispatch, outward office of exchange और destination country से जुड़े events को date/time सहित नोट करें। यदि number तुरंत न मिले तो receipt और booking office से पुष्टि करें।

Step 2: France में destination tracking

यदि destination operator tracking number स्वीकार करता है, तो La Poste के official tracking tool पर वही reference जाँचें। किसी third-party site पर दिखने वाला अनुमानित transit time या status official delivery commitment नहीं है। Tracking number destination system में उपलब्ध न हो तो India Post के latest event और receipt को आधार बनाकर enquiry करें।

Customs, VAT और recipient charges

France में import VAT, customs duties, exemptions और carrier handling fees shipment के प्रकार, वस्तु, declared value और लागू नियमों पर निर्भर करते हैं। Gift, commercial sale और returned goods के नियम एक जैसे नहीं होते। इसीलिए यहाँ कोई एक fixed tax rate, €45 exemption या निश्चित clearance period सभी parcels पर लागू होने का दावा नहीं किया जा रहा।

• CN22/CN23 या booking के समय माँगी गई customs declaration में contents, quantity और वास्तविक value सही दें।
• Invoice, purchase proof और booking receipt सुरक्षित रखें।
• यदि recipient से documents या payment माँगा जाए तो notice को La Poste या French Customs के official channel से verify करें।
• अनजान SMS/email link या निजी payment account पर customs payment न करें।

Transit time को कैसे समझें?

India से France delivery में airline routing, exchange-office processing, customs checks, weekends और destination delivery operations का असर हो सकता है। कोई निश्चित 5–8 working days का वादा नहीं किया जा सकता। Booking के समय India Post द्वारा बताई गई service standard और live tracking events को प्राथमिकता दें।
