Dak Ghar Niryat Kendra (DNK) Department of Posts की postal export सुविधा है। इसका उद्देश्य exporters को post office network के माध्यम से international commercial consignments भेजने और संबंधित export documentation की प्रक्रिया में सहायता देना है।

Portal और documentation
India Post की official export channel जानकारी के अनुसार commercial shipments के लिए Dak Ghar Niryat Kendra portal पर Postal Bill of Export (PBE-3/PBE-4) की electronic filing की सुविधा दी गई है। Applicable form shipment और export category के अनुसार confirm करें।
शुरू करने से पहले checklist
- अपने product की export eligibility और destination-country restrictions जाँचें।
- Exporter identity, business और bank details तैयार रखें।
- जहाँ लागू हो, IEC, GST, AD Code और ICEGATE संबंधी requirements को customs/export professional या official portal से verify करें।
- Commercial invoice, product description, quantity और declared value सही रखें।
- DNK portal और selected post office से current onboarding, KYC और booking requirements confirm करें।
AD Code और bank details
PIB की DNK जानकारी में portal उपयोग करने वाले exporters के लिए ICEGATE पर AD Code registration और सही bank account details देने का उल्लेख है। हर exporter की स्थिति समान नहीं होती; अपनी export category के हिसाब से current customs instructions जाँचें।
Shipment booking से पहले
Packaging, prohibited/restricted items, destination-country import rules, customs declarations और service availability confirm करें। केवल portal पर profile बन जाना shipment acceptance या customs clearance की guarantee नहीं है।
