Packing steps
- Place books in a clean protective sleeve or wrap
- Use a rigid envelope or sturdy box suited to the contents
- Add support so pages and corners do not shift
- Seal the package securely
- Keep the address label flat and readable
Before booking
Confirm the item is accepted by the selected India Post service and check applicable weight, size and destination conditions.
Keep the receipt
Retain the booking receipt and tracking number until the recipient confirms receipt.
