Residential society में parcel भेजते समय flat number, tower/block, society gate, landmark, PIN code और receiving instructions सही लिखें।
Apartment या gated society में सही PIN code के साथ-साथ tower, block और flat number भी जरूरी होते हैं। अधूरी जानकारी parcel को गलत gate या building तक पहुँचा सकती है।
1. Complete residential address
- Recipient का पूरा नाम और flat/house number.
- Tower, block या building name.
- Society/complex का पूरा नाम.
- Street, locality, city, state और PIN code.
- Useful landmark और reachable contact number.
2. Gate और security desk
Recipient से पूछें कि society में कौन-सा gate सही है और क्या security desk parcels स्वीकार करता है। यदि parcel केवल resident को दिया जा सकता है, तो recipient को expected delivery के बारे में पहले बता दें। किसी guard या third party को recipient की अनुमति के बिना receiver न लिखें।
3. Booking से पहले
Address को recipient से दोबारा पढ़वाएँ। Sender का return address लिखें, package को सुरक्षित seal करें और counter पर service तथा charges confirm करें। Receipt और consignment number संभालें।
