Gift parcel के लिए customs declaration
International gift parcel पर “gift” लिख देने से customs requirements समाप्त नहीं होतीं। Contents, quantity और declared value को सही-सही बताना जरूरी है; destination-country customs अपने नियमों के अनुसार duty या documents माँग सकती है।
- हर item का clear description और quantity लिखें।
- Declared value वास्तविक और supporting purchase record के अनुरूप रखें।
- Receiver का पूरा address और contact details verify करें।
- Destination-country prohibited/restricted goods और import conditions जाँचें।
- Submitted customs declaration और booking receipt की copy सुरक्षित रखें।
Contents को गलत category में दिखाना या value कम बताना उचित नहीं है। Booking counter से current form, service acceptance और customs process confirm करें।
