Booking से पहले final address check
Parcel पर छोटी spelling या PIN code की गलती भी delivery routing को प्रभावित कर सकती है। Booking counter पर जाने से पहले sender और receiver दोनों addresses को एक बार व्यवस्थित तरीके से verify करें।
- Receiver name, flat/house number और street details मिलाएँ।
- Locality, city, district, state और PIN code verify करें।
- Sender का complete return address अलग से लिखें।
- Contact number सही है या नहीं, जाँचें।
- Booking receipt पर printed address को parcel label से compare करें।
Address correction after booking हर service/stage पर उपलब्ध हो, यह जरूरी नहीं। गलती तुरंत दिखे तो booking office से official correction process पूछें।
