IPPB mobile banking access security checks, repeated failed attempts, device change या account verification के कारण प्रभावित हो सकता है। Exact recovery process app version और current bank instructions पर निर्भर करती है।
- Official IPPB app और सही registered mobile number verify करें।
- App में उपलब्ध official forgot/reset option पढ़ें।
- यदि access restore न हो तो IPPB branch/customer support से identity verification process पूछें।
- Complaint/reference number और resolution acknowledgement सुरक्षित रखें।
MPIN, OTP, password या screen-sharing access किसी को न दें। Search results में दिखने वाले unverified support numbers से बचें।
