Field Post Office mail भेजने से पहले
Armed Forces personnel के लिए mail भेजने में सामान्य residential address के बजाय authorized Field Post Office (FPO) address format लागू हो सकता है। सही address और permitted article category recipient से या संबंधित official postal instructions से confirm करना जरूरी है।
- Recipient से current authorized FPO address format लें।
- Unit/location की संवेदनशील या अनावश्यक जानकारी envelope पर न लिखें।
- Contents और parcel category की acceptance booking counter से पूछें।
- Restricted/prohibited items और packaging conditions verify करें।
- Booking receipt और tracking number सुरक्षित रखें, यदि selected service tracked हो।
Operational location या movement details का अनुमान लगाकर mail address न बनाएँ। केवल recipient द्वारा दिया गया authorized mailing address उपयोग करें।
