Passbook update कैसे कराएँ?
Post Office savings account या small-savings account की passbook में latest transactions दर्ज रखना उपयोगी है। Passbook printing facility और update counter की availability branch के अनुसार बदल सकती है।
- Original passbook और account number साथ रखें।
- Branch से passbook update/printing counter और timing पूछें।
- Latest deposit, withdrawal और interest entries verify करें।
- Missing transaction हो तो receipt/reference के साथ ledger enquiry दें।
- Balance mismatch पर written request और acknowledgement लें।
Passbook update होने का अर्थ यह नहीं कि हर pending transaction settle हो चुका है। Statement और official account record से reconciliation करें।
