Post Office Savings Account में interest credit की entry passbook या statement में जाँचें। Applicable rate, calculation method और credit timing current small-savings rules तथा account details पर निर्भर करते हैं।
- Account type और financial period verify करें।
- Passbook की latest entries और available statement मिलाएँ।
- Interest credit entry न मिले तो account-maintaining Post Office से calculation/ledger enquiry माँगें।
- Discrepancy हो तो written request और acknowledgement लें।
