Dry food या commercially packed food भेजने से पहले यह confirm करना जरूरी है कि item domestic या international postal service में स्वीकार है या नहीं। Perishable, liquid, temperature-sensitive या restricted products के नियम अलग हो सकते हैं।

• Product की original sealed packaging और expiry/best-before details जाँचें।
• Leakage और crushing से बचाने के लिए मजबूत outer packaging रखें।
• Contents और declared value booking counter पर सही बताएं।
• Destination restrictions और food-related rules verify करें।
• Service acceptance, tracking और insurance options पूछें।

किसी भी food item को भेजने से पहले booking office से acceptance confirm करें। International shipment में destination-country import rules भी लागू होते हैं।
