PPF loan repayment record
PPF account पर scheme rules के तहत loan लिया गया हो तो repayment और interest entries को passbook/account record से मिलाना जरूरी है। Applicable repayment schedule और interest calculation loan date तथा current scheme provisions पर निर्भर कर सकते हैं।
- PPF passbook और loan sanction/application details रखें।
- हर repayment की receipt/reference सुरक्षित रखें।
- Principal और interest entries को branch statement से reconcile करें।
- Outstanding amount या posting mismatch हो तो written calculation माँगें।
- Loan closure/adjustment होने पर updated account record verify करें।
किसी fixed interest amount को बिना loan dates और account record के लागू न मानें। Final outstanding calculation account-maintaining Post Office से लें।
