Cash जमा किया लेकिन receipt नहीं मिली?
IPPB cash deposit के बाद receipt न मिले या account balance update न हो, तो पहले transaction status verify करें। Deposit केवल authorized IPPB channel से किया गया हो, यह भी confirm करें।
- Deposit date, amount और location/authorized channel नोट करें।
- Transaction reference या available SMS details सुरक्षित रखें।
- IPPB account statement में credit entry जाँचें।
- Official IPPB support/branch में enquiry देकर acknowledgement लें।
- Issue resolve होने तक payment proof और complaint reference संभालकर रखें।
किसी अनजान व्यक्ति को OTP, MPIN या UPI PIN न दें। Receipt के बिना किसी को अतिरिक्त cash देकर transaction दोहराने से पहले official status confirm करें।
