- अपने क्षेत्र के postal business office से facility availability पूछें।
- Approval, permit और reply address format की current conditions लें।
- Accepted envelope/card size और permitted contents confirm करें।
- Postage billing, accounting और reconciliation process समझें।
- Bulk distribution से पहले sample item की acceptance जाँचें।
