Pension credit pending हो तो
यदि pension payment IPPB account में अपेक्षित समय पर दिखाई नहीं देता, तो पहले account statement और pension disbursement authority के record की जाँच करें। Delay का कारण bank processing, pension authority record या account detail mismatch हो सकता है।
- IPPB account statement और last pension credit entry देखें।
- PPO number और pensioner details तैयार रखें।
- IPPB से account credit status और pension authority से payment release status पूछें।
- Account number/IFSC या Aadhaar mapping में mismatch हो तो official channel से correction process लें।
- Complaint/reference number और acknowledgement सुरक्षित रखें।
किसी अनजान caller को OTP, MPIN या account password न दें। Pension release date और arrears का निर्णय संबंधित pension authority के record पर निर्भर करता है।
