CIF/Customer ID कहाँ मिल सकती है?
Post Office savings account के digital banking या account servicing में CIF/customer ID की जरूरत पड़ सकती है। यह account number से अलग identifier हो सकता है और हर document पर एक ही जगह दिखाई दे, यह जरूरी नहीं।
- Passbook के customer/account details section को देखें।
- यदि CIF स्पष्ट न हो तो account-maintaining Post Office से identity verification के बाद पूछें।
- Net banking registration के लिए branch से required customer ID और account details confirm करें।
- किसी third-party website या social media पर CIF और personal details पोस्ट न करें।
Customer ID केवल official channel से प्राप्त करें। OTP, password या PIN किसी को बताने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
