ATM card खोने पर तुरंत क्या करें?
Post Office savings account का ATM card खो जाए तो unauthorized use का जोखिम कम करने के लिए card को जल्द से जल्द official channel से block कराने की request करें। Card block और replacement की प्रक्रिया account/card type पर निर्भर करती है।
- Official customer support या account-maintaining Post Office से card block request करें।
- Complaint/reference number और block confirmation सुरक्षित रखें।
- Recent account transactions जाँचें और unknown entry दिखे तो तुरंत report करें।
- Replacement card के लिए application, identity verification और applicable charges पूछें।
- नया card मिलने पर PIN को सुरक्षित तरीके से set करें।
ATM PIN, OTP या CVV किसी के साथ साझा न करें। Search result या social media पर मिले अनverified helpline number पर भरोसा न करें।
