1. Order list तैयार करें
हर order के लिए order ID, recipient name, PIN Code, parcel weight/dimensions, वस्तु का संक्षिप्त विवरण और dispatch deadline दर्ज करें। Customer का पूरा address सुरक्षित business record में रखें; सार्वजनिक spreadsheet link न बनाएं।
2. Address validation
- PIN Code और locality की spelling जाँचें।
- Flat/house number और landmark छूटा न हो।
- Recipient phone number customer से confirm करें।
- Return address सही और पढ़ने योग्य हो।
3. Packing और parcel grouping
वस्तु के अनुसार packaging material चुनें। अलग-अलग आकार/वजन के parcels को पहले मापें और सूची में दर्ज करें। कमजोर पैकिंग, ढीले ढक्कन और पुराने labels से बचें। प्रतिबंधित वस्तुओं की जानकारी official prohibited items list से जाँचें।
4. Booking से पहले service और charges confirm करें
