IPPB KYC update कब जरूरी हो सकता है?
Bank को customer identity और address records अद्यतन रखने होते हैं। यदि IPPB app या bank message में KYC update का notice मिले, तो केवल official IPPB channel से उसकी पुष्टि करें। अनजान SMS या WhatsApp link पर document upload न करें।
जाने से पहले checklist
- IPPB account/customer ID और registered mobile number
- Bank द्वारा स्वीकार किया गया current KYC document
- नाम या पते में बदलाव हो तो supporting proof
- Update request की acknowledgement/reference, यदि दी जाए
कौन-सा document स्वीकार होगा और update app, doorstep banking या branch/authorized channel से होगा—यह account और वर्तमान bank instructions पर निर्भर करता है। किसी agent को OTP, PIN या password न बताएँ।
