RD maturity पर क्या जाँचें?
Post Office Recurring Deposit (RD) की maturity पर payment लेने से पहले passbook में जमा instalments, account opening date और maturity details verify करें। Final payable amount applicable scheme rules और account record पर निर्भर करता है।
- Original RD passbook और account number साथ रखें।
- सभी instalments और किसी default/regularisation entry को जाँचें।
- Nomination और account-holder details verify करें।
- Branch से current closure/discharge form और payment mode confirm करें।
यदि account joint है या nominee/legal heir claim है, तो additional signatures/documents की जरूरत हो सकती है। Maturity proceeds और interest की exact calculation Post Office से लें और payment receipt सुरक्षित रखें।
