Account details सही रखना क्यों जरूरी है?
गलत या पुराने address/mobile details के कारण account communication और service requests में परेशानी हो सकती है। बदलाव के लिए account-maintaining Post Office से current process और accepted proof की पुष्टि करें।
- Passbook और account number
- Account holder का valid identity/address proof
- नया mobile number और contact details
- Branch द्वारा दिया गया KYC/detail-update form
सभी accounts के लिए online update उपलब्ध मानकर न चलें। Joint/minor accounts या KYC बदलाव में अतिरिक्त consent अथवा documents की जरूरत हो सकती है। Request जमा करने पर acknowledgement लें और update होने के बाद passbook/account record जाँचें।
