Small shops के parcels के लिए standard packaging, complete customer address, booking receipt और dispatch register बनाए रखें।
Local shop या small seller के लिए एक सरल dispatch routine गलत address, missing receipt और customer follow-up की परेशानी कम कर सकता है। हर parcel को order reference से जोड़कर रखें।
1. Order-wise packing
- Product के आकार और नाजुकता के अनुसार carton या mailer चुनें।
- अंदर cushioning रखें ताकि वस्तु हिले नहीं।
- पुराने shipping labels और barcodes हटा दें।
- Sender और customer address स्पष्ट लिखें।
2. Address verification
Customer name, house/shop number, locality, district, state और PIN code जाँचें। यदि address में landmark या phone contact जरूरी हो तो customer से पुष्टि करें। Incomplete address को अनुमान से पूरा न करें।
3. Dispatch register
Order ID, package count, booking date, receipt number और consignment number लिखें। एक order में multiple parcels हों तो हर parcel का tracking number अलग दर्ज करें।
4. Customer update
Customer को dispatch confirmation और सही tracking reference भेजें। Delay या return होने पर booking receipt और tracking event के आधार पर official enquiry करें।
