ePost service को समझें
India Post के इतिहास में ePost नाम से electronic message को postal network के माध्यम से physical delivery तक पहुँचाने वाली service का उल्लेख मिलता है। पुराने brochures या third-party websites में दिखने वाली service details आज भी हर जगह उपलब्ध हों, यह मानना सही नहीं है।
- सबसे पहले India Post से पूछें कि ePost वर्तमान में आपके क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध है या नहीं।
- यदि उपलब्ध हो, तो accepted message format, recipient address और booking channel समझें।
- Current tariff, delivery conditions और acknowledgement/tracking options लिखित रूप में लें।
- Payment के बाद official receipt और reference सुरक्षित रखें।
किसी पुराने login page या अनधिकृत payment link पर personal information न दें। Service उपलब्ध न होने पर Post Office से वर्तमान वैकल्पिक postal communication service पूछें।
