Passbook entry और actual balance में अंतर?
यदि Post Office passbook में कोई deposit, withdrawal या interest entry दिखाई नहीं देती, तो transaction receipt और account statement के आधार पर branch से reconciliation माँगें। केवल passbook की पुरानी printed balance को final balance न मानें।
- Original passbook और account number साथ रखें।
- Deposit/withdrawal receipt, transaction date और amount नोट करें।
- यदि digital transaction था तो reference number और bank statement रखें।
- Account-maintaining Post Office से ledger/transaction record verify कराने का अनुरोध करें।
- Correction या enquiry की written acknowledgement सुरक्षित रखें।
PIN, OTP या banking password किसी के साथ साझा न करें। यदि branch से समाधान न मिले, तो official India Post grievance process में reference और supporting proof के साथ complaint करें।
