Franking क्या है?
Franking एक postal payment method है जिसमें approved franking machine या authorized arrangement के माध्यम से mail पर postage payment का mark लगाया जाता है। इसकी उपलब्धता, अनुमोदन, machine use और account requirements Department of Posts के current instructions तथा local postal arrangements पर निर्भर करते हैं।
