India Post की आधिकारिक जानकारी से क्या confirm होता है?

• India Post Parcel (Retail) individual और bulk customers—दोनों के लिए उपलब्ध product के रूप में प्रकाशित है।
• Parcel Retail में gross weight 35 kg से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए; लागू होने पर volumetric weight भी देखना होता है। Length 1.5 metre से अधिक नहीं और length + girth 3 metre से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
• COD, insurance और Proof of Delivery जैसी value-added services उपलब्ध हो सकती हैं; इनके लिए fee और conditions administrative instructions के अनुसार तय होती हैं।
• Parcel की packaging और declaration लागू postal instructions के अनुसार होनी चाहिए।

Business Parcel और Logistics Post में अंतर कैसे समझें?

Business Parcel, India Post के parcel product और bulk booking से जुड़ा विषय है। Logistics Post/contract logistics की उपलब्धता, shipment profile, pickup, handling और billing conditions ग्राहक के contract तथा service area पर निर्भर कर सकती हैं। इसे हर सामान्य counter booking पर मिलने वाली एक समान सुविधा न मानें।

BNPL (Book Now Pay Later) eligibility

India Post की Business Services जानकारी के अनुसार contractual customer को BNPL credit facility के लिए Department के साथ agreement करना होता है। वहाँ contractual customer की परिभाषा में calendar month में ₹10,000 का postage business देने वाले ग्राहक का उल्लेख है। यह स्वतः मिलने वाला credit नहीं है—वर्तमान eligibility, documentation, billing और approval की पुष्टि संबंधित postal business office से करें।

Charges, COD, pickup और API के बारे में क्या पूछें?
